Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 9, 2026 · Content Loop Inc.
This Privacy Policy explains how Content Loop Inc. ("Content Loop," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). It's written for the version of the Service currently in closed beta and will be updated as the Service evolves.
Contents
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: what you give us directly, what we generate through your use of the Service, and what's collected automatically.
| Category | Examples |
|---|---|
| Account information | Name, work email, company name, password (stored hashed) |
| Billing information | Billing address and payment details, handled by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers |
| Content data | Keywords and briefs you submit ("Input Content"), and the articles, metadata, and images we generate in response ("Output Content") |
| Integration credentials | Access tokens for connected publishing platforms (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Ghost) that you authorize |
| Usage data | API request logs, IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, and pages visited on our website |
| Communications | Support requests, beta feedback, and other messages you send us |
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Service: generating, optimizing, publishing, and indexing content on your behalf, and metering credit usage;
- To operate your account: authentication, billing, and customer support;
- To communicate with you: beta access updates, service notices, and responses to your inquiries;
- To maintain and improve the Service: monitoring performance, diagnosing issues, and understanding aggregate usage patterns;
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. AI Processing & Model Providers
Generating Output Content requires sending your Input Content to AI models, which may be operated by us or by third-party model providers under contract with us. We do not permit those providers to use your Input Content or Output Content to train their own general-purpose models. This data is processed solely to generate your requested output and, where applicable, to operate safety and abuse-monitoring systems.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward to support account recovery, comply with legal or tax obligations, and resolve disputes. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us; some information may be retained where we have a legal obligation or legitimate business need to do so (for example, billing records).
6. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise most of these rights directly from your account settings, or by contacting us at k@contentloop.ai. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may also opt out of non-essential marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view your data internally, to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International Transfers
Content Loop and the service providers we work with may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards to govern these transfers.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at, or knowingly used by, individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
12. Contact
