These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Content Loop's website, API, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Content Loop Inc. ("Content Loop," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking "Get early access," you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Content Loop provides a platform and API that generates SEO-oriented written content from keyword inputs, and that can optionally optimize, publish, and submit that content for search engine indexing on your behalf. Features, output quality, supported languages, and supported publishing integrations may change as the Service develops, particularly while it remains in closed beta.
2. Closed Beta
The Service is currently offered as a closed beta to a limited number of participants ("Beta Participants"). You acknowledge and agree that:
- Beta software may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features, and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice;
- We do not guarantee any specific level of uptime, availability, output quality, or search engine ranking or indexing results during the beta period;
- Feedback you provide about the Service during the beta may be used by us to improve the Service without any obligation or compensation to you;
- Pricing, rate limits, and feature availability described to Beta Participants may be adjusted before general availability, except where we have expressly agreed to lock in specific rates for your account.
3. Accounts
To use the Service you must register for an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly at k@contentloop.ai if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 18 years old, and be authorized to act on behalf of the company or entity you represent, to create an account.
4. Fees, Credits & Payment
The Service is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis using prepaid credits. Credits are consumed based on factors including, but not limited to, the length of the requested article, the output language, and whether images are generated as part of the request, at the rates published on our pricing page at the time of use.
- Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire.
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed, except where required by applicable law.
- Unused, unconsumed credit balances may be refunded at our discretion if you close your account, less any applicable processing fees.
- We may update credit pricing for future purchases at any time; rate changes will not apply retroactively to credits already purchased, and any rate explicitly locked in for a Beta Participant's account will be honored as agreed.
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Service, excluding taxes based on our net income.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Contains malware, spam, or is intended to manipulate search rankings in a manner that violates the published guidelines of the search engines or platforms you publish to;
- Impersonates any person or entity, or misrepresents your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Is sexually explicit, hateful, or promotes violence against individuals or groups.
You also agree not to: reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying models or source code of the Service; circumvent rate limits or credit metering; resell or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent; or use the Service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
6. Your Content & Our License
"Input Content" means the keywords, URLs, briefs, and other material you submit to the Service. "Output Content" means the articles, metadata, and other material generated by the Service in response to your Input Content.
As between you and Content Loop, you own your Input Content and, subject to the AI-Generated Content section below, the Output Content generated for your account. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and transmit your Input Content and Output Content solely as necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit your Input Content and that doing so does not infringe any third party's rights.
7. AI-Generated Content
Output Content is generated using automated, AI-based systems and may contain factual errors, outdated information, or content that requires editing before publication. You are solely responsible for reviewing Output Content for accuracy, legal compliance, and suitability before publishing or relying on it. We do not guarantee that Output Content will achieve any particular search engine ranking, indexing outcome, or traffic result, and we are not responsible for the consequences of publishing Output Content without your own review.
8. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may allow you to connect third-party platforms (for example, WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, or Ghost) to publish Output Content directly. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or any data loss that occurs on their end. You are responsible for the credentials you provide to authorize these connections and for revoking access when no longer needed.
9. Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including our software, models, branding, and the Content Loop name and logo, is owned by Content Loop Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, branding, or underlying technology, other than the limited right to access and use the Service as permitted here.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT OUTPUT CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ERROR-FREE, OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT. THIS DISCLAIMER APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONTENT LOOP INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Content Loop Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your Input Content, your use of Output Content, or your violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or, during the closed beta period, at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date, and, where appropriate, by emailing the address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Content Loop Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
